Absolutely. Whose else existence do you want to prove? That can be done and easily so with Christian 'logic'!

Except there are no eyewitnesses who were martyred with "He is risen!" on their lips, as it relates to the existence of Santa Claus.
You see, most of what is in the Bible is from eyewitness accounts of what occurred. Now, before someone says that what is in the Bible has changed, I can completely refute that.
If you look at the Bible, and compare it using the same standards that are applied to other ancient literary works, you would discover that there is no other ancient text that has the multiplicity and nearness to the original autographs, than the New Testament.
Further, the Old Testament is valid, because the Masoretic Text (from the 9th century) was the earliest available Hebrew text for the Old Testament - until the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in 1947. When compared, the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Masoretic Text had a high degree of unanimity between them. No bibical doctrine has suffered.
No one disputes what is contained in Julius Caesar's The Gallic Wars (10 manuscripts remain, with the earliest one dating to 1,000 years after the original autograph). No one really disputes Pliny the Younger's Natural History (7 manuscripts; 750 years elapsed). Or Thucydides' History (8 manuscripts; 1,300 years elapsed). No one disputes Herodotus' History (8 manuscripts; 1,350 years elapsed). No one really disputes Plato (7 manuscripts; 1,300 years elapsed). No one really disputes Tacitus' Annals (20 manuscripts; 1,000 years elapsed.) Homer's Iliad, the most renowned book of ancient Greece, is the second best-preserved literary work of all antiquity, with 643 copies of manuscript support discovered to date. In those copies, there are 764 disputed lines of text, as compared to 40 lines in all the New Testament manuscripts.
Further, those who wrote the letters contained in the New Testament all suffered grievous tortures and deaths.
No one will knowingly go to their death for a lie that they know to be a lie. And yet all of the Apostles (except for John) died with the testimony of Jesus being risen from the dead on their lips. They were even offered an opportunity to recant, and live. But they knew in Whom they'd believed, and trusted a better reward awaited them.
During the Watergate scandal of the '70s, the conspirators could not keep their lie together for two weeks. None of them was threatened with death. The worse thing that could have happened was prison. And these guys began ratting each other out at the first sign of trouble. Not so with the Apostles.

Only a person incapable of compasion would tell a small child that firmly beleived in Santa, that there is NO santa.
THat would be a sociopathic act and very cruel.
The person doing it must have very low self esteme. Not comfortable with himself he must prove others to be wrong.
Real athiests are in the home and Garden section they are secure in there beleifs and have no need to evangalize.
The ones here in this section of Yahoo answers are insecure children. WHo are angry at a God because he didnt turn out to be Santa Clause.

Yeah lets hear it for all the self rightous anti-theists. You just won a big point against us ignorant believers. Lets ask more hateful questions, this is about as relevant as a Fundie telling you you're going to hell when he's got nothing to do with that decision. and its Santa Claus.

have you ever given a gift to someone at christmas ?
If you have that makes you santa claus.....so do you exist or not ??
No need for any refernce to christians...for if one believed the BIBLE they wouldnt lie to thier children saying a guy in a red suit is flying around giving out toys.....they would teach the meaning of the Holiday observed and what it was meant for....The Birth Of Jesus Christ the Redeemer and savior of the World...Our Gift from Heaven...and the geving of gifts was a gesture as to what God gave to man...gift of God..Salvation !!!!!!!!!!!
So does santa exist??

No there is no historical evidence of Santa Claus that goes as far back as the evidence for Jesus. Sorry, but nice try.
I wish he did exist though so then all children rich and poor would recieve what they desire. :(

You've done it now. It is almost November, so Santa is making his list and checking it twice. You are off the list for sure now. Enjoy the lump of coal in your stocking.
