Not a problem if you are using silk flowers you can get all kinds in all different colors, Hobby Lobby, Franks, Silks are Us, lots of different stores. If you want live flowers there are lots of choices but holding up to a wedding is sometimes not easy. The Cymbidian Orchids are a delicate green and Irish Bells are as well but not available all the time. You can get Zinnias, Some greenish roses, and a Lilly that are green as well. Call Pro Flowers and see what they say if you can, or check with your florist and see if they have other suggestions. Irish Bells are different and good for display in vases, they are tall, with bells on the stalk. You may want to go with a more contrasting color, although a range, or variety of green would look nice and different. Congratulations

I suggest you go to a florist and tell them what you want; there are ways of dyeing flowers (white ones) to different colors by pouring dye into the water in the vase, the stems draw the dyed water up into the blossom and bingo; colored flowers.
Test this at home; all it will cost you is food coloring and a couple of white flowers.

Go to Teleflora.com, and look up green flowers.
Orchids come in green, and a few others I am not familiar with. You could just do a creative arrangement of green plants.
This site shows orchids mixed with green plants, other green flowers, and even green fruits!
Use it to get ideas - if you do them in silk, you will have a lovely centerpiece for your home!

Don's settle for the fake stuff.
Most florists will dye fresh flowers any color that you want. It is a simple process really. http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/21566/how_to_dye_fresh_flowers.html
