So I have been eating the same thing everyday for a couple months now. For breakfast its oatmeal with fresh fruit. lunch and dinner its always brown rice or lentils w/ tofu and veggies. For snacks I usually have some fruit or more veggies. I dont get cravings for junk food so I simply dont eat it. I never get bored with this..I seriously look forward to my brown rice and veggies everyday. Also my idea of a splurge would be using extra bbq sauce....I can see myself eating like this for the rest of my life.....is this bad?
