Yes--it does help. I think that I would be a miserable person otherwise

Many people believe that faith is helpful, but unfortunately they are seriously mistaken. Faith is the ultimate evil: it is the belief in something without evidence, or in the face of contrary evidence, and is thus not logical. But the ability to apply logic to evidence to reach valid conclusions is the defining characteristic of the human race; give that up, and you are no better than an animal.

Not really, you can have faith in any myth but the only thing it affects is that you feel more confident - which you could have done on your own.

Between being a christian and an atheist, I find life much easier as an atheist, as I'm responsible for my own actions.

Everything I do and every place I go,,is effected by living for God. Even the clothes I wear...modest.....every CD I buy, every movie I go to see,,,everything...is done to live the lifestyle of a Christian....If I have any doubt whether or not, God would approve of something,,I just don't do it..I feel free and I know where I will go when I die...I have peace...I have joy, just in knowing all the Christians I know..it has changed my life and my lifestyle..Yes, it does help me,,,,more than I can say.

I only believe in common sense. That which keeps me from being hit by a car, etc as I cross the street, etc etc.

That which keeps me from believing in 'lies' which is what religion largely does. Lie about God, lie about the afterlife and heaven, etc etc etc.

Truth is reason and logic. If it is logical, then it is believable and possible. If it sounds impossible, then it most probably is impossible - hard to believe...

Yes. I am a very religous person(and yes I am sinning by having sex but I'm trying to stop). I go to church when ever I'm able, I follow the Ten Commandents of the Lord, I love him and not to menchin if you don't believe in Lord you will not go to heaven. Love the Lord.
