If you want to hear French being spoken, then you can check out Youtube vids in French, or French news sites.
For pronunciations, try going to your local library and asking for help. Online, I think there should be some site with pronunciations. Try googling "translate french pronunciation" and see. OK, good luck, and remember that Y! Answers has a French website so you can ask the French people themselves by going to Yahoo! Answers France. OK, good luck.

France or Quebec, Canada. Or some African country. or some Caribbean islands. Haitians speak a language that's derived from French, but IT IS NOT FRENCH! It's Haitian Creole or as Haitians say, "Aysien Kreyol"

Watch movies in French with French subtitles.
Listen to the radio.
If you are really keen, for learning new words and basic vocabulary when you are just starting out, children's programming is really good. They exagerate the sylables and over-act everything.
You can also look up (but I don't remember what they are called) the pictures that show how your mouth and teeth are positioned when making different sounds.
This is good site.
http://www.jump-gate.com/languages/french/french1.html
It has wave files of all the vowel sounds. (Incidentally I searched French sounds and this came up).
It really helps to go through just the simple sounds like
ti, ta, té, tou, tu, tê, tè ...

Try renting a french foreign film...with or without subtitles. There is also software you can buy for your PC that will pronounce foreign languages when you type them in.

Type 'before you know it' into google and download it. it's very helpful and there's man words on it, your words might all be on there. Probably only if they are nouns though...
This is the only way I know, sorry. But you could snatch a person from France. I like this idea best...
