Google (wwii aces)
there's one there that lists them by country, service and aircraft. I was gong to give you a link, but you need to learn to do research, gather data, assimilate it, and apply it to a specific problem. Otherwise, you're wasting your time going to school.

for the love of... don't use wikipedia... check out the Commemorative Air Force (www.caf.org), then maybe lexis-nexis or something... wikipedia is not the best source... google is better... if you use wikipedi at all use it as a way to locate additional sources for further research... especially if its a thing for school... my best advice, if you want good info is to go to a college library (if possible) and ask the librarian to set you up on an inter-library database in which you can review the different books, article, etc. availible at different libraries...

Garrison has a good point... many pilots (especially fighter pilots) flew more than one aircraft during the war... the P-51, P-47, and P-38 were all Army Air Corps and many Army fighter pilots flew more than one of those aircraft... you should be aware of that...

All of those planes were only built during the war.

The standing of "ace" went with the pilot and not the aircraft so I doubt you will get any figures for "aces of the planes" because I don't believe the kills were broken out by type and model of airplane.

Richard Bong was a P-38 Ace in the Pacific. That's all I remember.

Hm... I think u can try to search that in Goggle or Yahoo

And try to search in any aviation of WW2 sites although its maybe a little difficult to search what planes they fly

Good luck
