Talk to her, and make sure to let it be known that you embrace her culture and are intrigued by it. Ask questions, or take her to an Indian movie playing at a theater, or rent one (with subtitles). Take her to an indian restaurant. Just have fun, and you'll learn lots about the girl and her heritage.

Be yourself, don't try and impress her with your knowledge of Indian culture. She might be offended. Sometimes it can be corny, when people from different cultures try and act "down ". Like they can, totally relate to your ethnic experience. Tell her you like and want to get to know her. Then if she's interested, she will teach you about her culture. In due time, don't be pushy. If you act too interested, she might think. You have a fetish for non- white girls. Like one of those guys who likes anything outside of their race. That's kinda weird.

What does it matter what ethnicity she is....If you like her just tell her. What is the worst that can happen...that she tells you no. Oh well move on and try to find someone that likes you to.
