Sounds great, but really depends on the mayo. If your making your own homemade mayo then add a few drops of lemon juice and a sprinkle of paper to liven it up a bit.
Good luck

If your adding peppers, try this:
Take some mayo and drop in a bit of tabasco (just enough to tinge it a reddish orange) or use ketchup if you dont like it hot then mix it together and use that as a sauce for your chicken wrap

Try this, it is SOOO good:
Fork-blend 1/2 cup sour cream with 1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 to 2 teaspoons brown prepared mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, a pinch or 2 white pepper and (optional) 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar.

Just mayo is OK, but boring. Why not give your mayo some punch and stir in some chopped jalapenos or chutney.

Yes mayo is good on most everything, try adding a little mustard, and a little black pepper to the mayo.

Personally, I think mayo tastes good on a lot of foods, especially in a wrap.

Just about sums up American food.
Eaten with gusto by the young of the world but regarded with disgust once their palates develop.
Some of the best ingredients utterly wasted.

I like ranch better with chicken, but I guess mayo would be okay too.
