I know that to buy them in the US it is 18.. but some people have told me that it is 16 and other say that just to smoke them is 17. So I jsut want to know....

its not a case of how old, its a case of how intelligent you have to be to smoke, at 28 ive never touched a cigarette in my life, gives me the right to look down on people that are always trying to quit - its brilliant!!!

if you're planning on starting, please dont. my girlfriend smokes and our relationship WILL NOT last if she cant quit. smoking and second hand smoke opens the doors to hundreds (and im not kidding) diseases and health problems. plus its just disgusting. your clothes, skin, hair, and even breathe smells like rancid ash. its unappealing and doesnt make you attractive by any means. anyone who wants to suck their life away on a cancer stick can be my guest. just dont do it near me
