You do not believe in some old guy with a white beard etc. As a Christian nor do I. However I do believe in a power that had it not given us free will could control all things. It is easier to just think of God as being a very superior sort of man/person/being so that we can partly grasp a concept of faith which is actually because of our sinful ways we hardly understand if at all

I am a christian & believe God is a spirit. I believe that we retain our spirit for after our death of the body, & then are on a spiritual plane that needs no space. People are aware of the spirits sometimes of their loved ones who have died, & in the same way, God, a spirit, is able to exist without the limits of time or space. It is difficult for many to believe this, but I do not find this difficult to believe - although there is no proof. That's why we call it 'faith'. good luck.

God is manifest in 3 :
Brahman: Formless
Paramatman: Located
Bhagavan: Personality
the first is the conception of God Omnipotent, the Supreme Spirit .
the second He is the Lord inside all creatures and guiding them.
the third and the most difficult for someone to realise is His Personality. He is of black complexion, strong, never older than a teenage age, the most handsome, the most sweet personality, He plays flute and He is eager to welcome everyone to Him thus He appears (avatar) in different times or send some aves avatar to preach about Him, in different missions all around the world, and His name is Govinda.

The point of the question is a contradiction.
You don't believe in God but makes a question about God. Is the same or not?

God is God, he can be a cloud or a wave or fire or wind... He is "I AM" Yahweh, ehyer asher ayer, YHVH, Jehovah, Lord. Whatever you want to call him. I believe in God with all my heart, but not necessarily in how the churches may teach it. God feels like us; he is proud, ashamed, jealous, angry, glad, sorry... everything. God loves us though, because he created us and he gave us free-will.
Good question, certainly got us all thinking!
(and, God isn't Jesus, the bible says that countless amounts of times!)

As a Christian I believe that Jesus is God. So to me, your question is 'What is Jesus'. Well, again he is God our Creator and life-giver in a body which (superficially at least) looks like a man. His body still bears the wounds he suffered during his mock trial, torture and execution, but his present body is wondrous in make-up. It is the first of an entirely new form of life he created when he rose from the dead. Eventually, he will create some more, but for now his body is unique, the first of a new kind. That is my answer to your question.

God is a supreme being that cannot be seen but his creations prove his existence. To me, a Muslim, the biggest proof of his existence is the Holy Q'uran - his word in itself that has not, and cannot be tampered with. Lol at the hair colour with age thing - I've never thought of it like that

The idea of what God is can be totally different from person to person. even people who share the same religion have probably got vastly different ideas of God.

I have a higher power and like you he doesn't have a white beard. My higher power is an energy, everyone has this energy they just need to tap into in to it and its awakened. The energy is loving, caring and wants the best for me.
