This is a joke right?..If you want her out, put her butt out, end of problem..Of course you could wait till the cops bust her..and you for aiding and abetting..then you won't have to worry about it you'll both be in jail!

When she goes out, change the locks and leave her a note on the door telling her where she can pick her stuff up at (maybe you could put it in a storage locker and just leave the key.)
Trust me, if she's a hooker on drugs, this either won't be the first time she got kicked out or if it is, it won't be the last. Maybe put in a schedule for Narcotic Anonymous meetings for her. If she gets off of the drugs, she can stop hooking and get a job and help herself.

We had a boy who wouldn't get out of his diapers. He would say.."I need to go now...........I'm finished. Change me please." With diapers so comfortable (keeps your baby dry all day!) why would they want to change! We sorted him out by refusing to change him - we were desperate! We would say "No, you're big enough to use the potty, so if you want to keep using diapers you need to clean up the mess yourself." He threw a few tantrums then started using the potty. The next one was also reluctant to get out of her diapers so we told her the store had run out of her size because she was a big girl now and diapers are for babies! lol What do you do when your daughter does other things she's not allowed? Like throw food on the floor? Or put sticky fingers on the telly? Do you discipline her at all? Getting poop on the couch or carpet is the same - no-one is allowed to do it! Have you tried getting her to sit on the potty (even with her pants up) to watch the tv or play a game with you? You could offer a reward just for spending some time sitting on the potty to take the mystery out of it! If you've tried this and it didn't help then... You should stop leaving the room - the bathroom is the private room. Locate her potty in the bathroom - if she wants privacy she can go there (also easier for you to clean up). Offer rewards for pee or poop in the potty instead of the floor. Make a big deal out of going to the bathroom yourself - "I'm going to the bathroom to use the big girl's potty". Even let her see you do it. Act disappointed that she's not a big girl yet because she can't make a poop or a pee in the potty - pretending you're talking to yourself works better because the child is less likely to realise you're being manipulative that way. Find other things she can't do because she's not a big girl yet because she can't use the potty. What a pity I can't bring you to the park in case you pee in your pants - all the other 3 year olds use the potty. Put as much indirect pressure on her as possible! She obviously wants privacy around this peeing business so let her explore the potty in privacy in the bathroom and if she manages to get any pee or poop in there make sure you have a HUGE reward. She may try it standing or may try a bit on the floor and a bit in the potty or may even pick it off the floor and put it in the potty but whatever she does be positive and have a big girl reward ready. It could be she doesn't want the pressure of you expecting her to get it in the potty! If she goes to the toilet in the tv room then act like she's deliberately put sticky fingers all over your tv or upended a pot plant and spread it around the room. i.e. be annoyed about it If she goes on the floor in the bathroom then ask for her help cleaning up - make a big sad deal out of it "it's a pity you can't use the potty now we have to spend AGES cleaning this up and haven't time to watch your favourite show on tv" let her tantrum and agree that you're as annoyed about it as she is but these things just have to be done! and so on.......

Easy way is to call the cops. Or you can do like I did to my brother and when they are not there, put all of their stuff on the porch and lock all the doors. If they have a key, change the locks.

I see no way to do that. If you don't want her there tell her to leave. If you are renting, you can tell her the landlord said she has to leave. If you own the house, then tell her she is out, and give her a deadline.

She is not respecting you or your home. You shouldn't feel bad about asking her to leave. Its time you simply told her that you cannot support her or her behavior, and it's time to move on.

Pack all her stuff. Put it on the porch. And change your locks.
