my hs weights coach told me abs are the only muscle you should work every day, is that true?

My ab workout:
3x30 on french board with 35lb plate, twist from 10-20
30-40-50-jacknife situps (legs in the air the whole time, bring legs in when chest goes up, out when you go down)
30-40-50-regular crunches
20-30-40-edge of bench abs

I circuit the workouts in that order, not 3 french, then 3situps
what do y'all think of this routine?

I move through pretty quick >30sec. in between exercises

Every other day. They need time to recover.

Yes but you should rest for 2 days so your body can recover
