I never noticed the lump until today, so I think it grew over night, I think it's an abcess(or however you spell it) But I'm not sure, I just hope it's not like a cancerous lump =[ someone please help, I can't even afford to get it fixed I'm scared, is there anything I can do to ease her pain and make her more comfortable in the mean time?

How on Earth do you know you can't afford to get it fixed if you don't even know what it IS? You've no idea what it'll cost! If it's an abscess, a course of antibiotics could clear it up. BUT if you leave it too long, it will most certainly get more expensive!
That's the one thing you can say for sure about any condition - the longer you leave it, the more expensive it gets.
As a pet owner, you have a responsibility to your dog to get this sorted, and if that means giving up your internet access or selling your computer and mobile phone, then so be it.
No one on here can possibly tell you what this lump is. You haven't described it - but even if you had, still no one could tell you because we're not vets, and no one can diagnose over the internet!
Get to a vets and get it sorted.

I know you said that you can't afford treatment but if you go to the vet there can only be a couple answers one bad one not so bad i could be just a harmless beesting or something along those lines or bad news i could be a toomer. eather way you need to get it looked at asap

As her owner its your responsibilty to provide vet care. Take her to the vet & have the lump checked. The lump could be caused by several things.
