I just went to Google.com and typed in "diet for an ulcer" and it came up with some good info on what you should and should not eat. The second item in the list was what seemed to have the best info. It was from About.com (Heartburn.about.com). It gave a whole list of what to eat and what not to eat. You might check it out but the main thing it told me is that some people can eat certain foods (who have ulcers) and others with ulcers can't so you'll have to test the foods to see what you, personally, can eat and not eat.

Good luck.
