I'm not married but many friends get married outside, in churches, and/or with a Justice-of-the-Peace.

In halls ,outside , some in churches as the building is a place to marry and not only a religious use. I got married in an old historical church that had been moved to a living village museum park ,not because it was a church ,because it was a nice little old building. And i had a civil ceremony that had no religious themes or references at all.

Just about anywhere theists are married. If they're partner is religous they may not have a problem with a church/synagoge wedding. If both are atheists, they'd probably do an outdoor wedding or possibly just a justice-of-the-peace wedding in a court.

All over.

Here in the UK atheists get married in woods, parks, manor houses, castles, registry offices, hills, homes, or just wherever is special to the couple.

I got married in a court house... a court house that no longer exists, by the way.

(Don't tell anyone, but a lot of us get married in a church.)

Or a convention center, or a hotel, or a park, or virtually any of the places you've seen religious folks get married.
