i have thick hair and it gets very oily and i dont know what shampoo and conditioner to use??? i dont put any products in my hair to make it oily its def. my shampoo and conditioner ....i also dont use to much con. i use very little ....

1) Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo
2) Head & Shoulders for oily hair
Conditioner - any light, oil free conditioner or spray on conditioner applied to the ends only or skip it.

Don't use a creamy shampoo
Use a clear one like the Herbal Essence ones
And look for shampoo and conditioner that say "clarifying"
or for normal/oily hair

i agree with suave it gives your hair the right balance of nutrition for you hair...plus,it is cheap!
