I just had an endoscopy and they saw that I have a major ulcer at the opening of my stomach and on top of my sphincter. It is very painful sometimes. I am supposed to be on a bland diet, but I can't get down most food.
What is a good diet to get rid of it?

A good diet of fruits and veggies help to give your body the antioxidants to fight diseases and rebuilt better quality cells.
You can do several things. Make food and blend them into a smoothie. Steak and green beans and mash potatoes are great. Just do a good diet and blend it.
You can take a good supplement like Juice Plus+ it is a capsule (they also have a smoothie mix) that you can get vine ripe fruits and veggies in your diet without even having to chew. I take the product and love it. I can't begin to tell you what it has done for me. My acid reflux is gone my stomach hernia went away, my digestion is better, my arthritis is much , my hair is thickening......just changes everywhere. With good nutrition your body is able to heal itself. You can read more at www.juiceplus.com/+Lb53116

Eat pastas or anything that is starchy.

Don't eat anything acidic or spicy, it will make you feel terrible.
