i can only ask that you please give me respectful replies.

ok i am a young man in lynchburg Virginia. Long story short, a few things didnt pan out the way i had planned and I am in between paychecks and need food, just food. can any of you guys on here help me find any place within my city where I can get free food. if you do, plz list times open as i would greatly appreciate this. links would be very helpful.
also if you can, I am searching for some form of emergency cash. i have plenty of time to do pretty much anything to attain it. thank you!

Could you try calling a church? (Whether you're religious or not.) They might have their own food bank or could direct you to the local food bank in your area. After all, the ministers are there to help when you're in a tough spot. Good luck, man.

Hey Dude, sorry about your situation, but follow this link and call the number. They should provide you with information about some emergency food, and then you can apply for some food stamps.

I don't know about your state but in Illinois churches have food pantries where they will give you food. Call a church or the county health department to find out where those churches are.

check with your conty social services, st Vincent de paul or salvation army...churches also have food assistance programs...
