Some do --- like Methodist churches, particularly, but most do not. They depict pretty much what you'd expect, the Lamb and other Biblical imagery and stories from the Bible.
There are really two reasons for this --- one is that puritans were so devoted to keeping things simple that a love of things that are exceedingly plain crept into modern protestant theology. This can be good in many areas, but it makes for a mighty ugly church. The other, I think, is just that it's way more expensive than regular glass, and modern building seems much more interested in substance over style.
Edit: This is regarding American protestantism. I haven't been to protestant churches in Europe or elsewhere.

Newer churches don't generally have them. There's a beautiful example of a Methodist Church in Michigan which has six stained windows -- I guess they're angels of some sort. The link explains it. (actually it's the second link. I found another cool stained glass window -- apparently it's in Hanalei, Hawaii, but I don't see what church it's in).
The more modern stained glass windows I see are more abstract. We're a young country and Protestant churches often come and go quickly.

Older ones do, but often instead of depicting things, they're just coloured patterns (like the old rose-windows in cathedrals).
Stained glass of the old type is almost impossible to get these days as techniques have changed, you seldom see the old glowing colours....and anyway it's prohibitively expensive. Protestant groups tend to go more for simplicity in their buildings and spend the money on other things.

Some do and some don't. I've some gorgeous ones. Just check out a very old Methodist, Presbyterian or Episcopal Church. They depict Biblical personalities, events, Jesus, and more.

All of the protestant churches I have been to and remember do not have stained glass, but I don't see why they wouldn't. It may just be something as simple as a cross.

Most do, They depict various Biblical scenes, or sometimes
Biblical passages. A local Methodist church has Christ "the Shepherd", holding a lamb and a staff.

Some do--usually a depiction of a scene from the life of Jesus. Some just have colored glass in them, no depiction of anything.

Yes, you must have seen a protestant church from the outside? We have one with a picture of the last supper, and we have a few of knights but I don't know what they are doing.

My old church sure did. The two main ones were of Jesus; one with lambs, another at Gethsemane. Other windows depicted Jesus as a kid, masonic symbols (I don't want to hear your conspiracy theories; the masons here are just a bunch of old people that still want something to do with their life), and other religious things.
