what would you call the strange sensation you get when you read something so stupid, so idiotic, and so self-assured in it's own idiocy that you are at a loss of words?

kind of like that feeling you get while reading a page from a "holocaust myth" website or a Jack Chick comic or possibly a question or answer on this forum.

i just can't describe it
