Ye, a lot of fundies do that, when a question is asked to Catholics, it wouldn't be bad if they knew what they were talking about. It just makes them look more stupid than they are. Here's a star midge.

If a question is asked directly to a specific group ("Fellow Christians : Do you think...?", "Atheists : Do you feel that....?", etc.) and someone outside of that group butts in, then it's probably rude.
Otherwise, this forum is fair game. It's readily apparent that many people (mostly Christians) haven't been exposed to many atheists in their lifetime, based on the responses I see from many of them here.

Emm, to get 2 points, maybe? Just desperate to get up to the next level?
Seriously, you have a point. You just need to get over it and move on. Don't even dignify their answers with a response. After a while you will hardly begin to notice! The antidote is to develop a thick skin.

This is an open forum, everyone has the right to participate. Besides the minute you direct a question to "(insert name of group here) only", you arouse curiosity & it's as though you issued a challenge to whoever is left out. Ya gotta have a thick skin to hang out here.

The questions posted here are for everyone, it is totally stupid when someone tries to exclude everyone except for a particular group, they don't belong here, they are the virus.

As this site is programmed to promote open questions and open answers, a virus would try to limit questions and answers.

For fun. Especially since you come here to be offended in the first place.
