I am fat, I plan on going on a low calorie diet, but for the first week I would like to go on a cleansing plan, something to get my body used to eating right, what would be a good plan? Thanks for the help

I would either the Lemonade Diet or try "Colonix".

Get the "fat flush plan" it's a book and it really goes into what to eat when to cleans yourself and loose weight and really get healthy, another good read, very funny, has some good information* is "natural cures THEY don't want you to know about"

It has a couple diet plans in there, I tested a few of them out on some people but the people I chose didn't stick with it, so no conclusive evidence from me.

* - I say you should READ with DISCEARNMENT I do not endorce any of these things without usuing your brain to think about it.


By the way, a colon cleanse is always good, the thing is there are alot of different ones, or ways, if you want to know more email me, some get kinda gross.

I did the Master Cleanse a.k.a. The Lemonade Diet for 10 days. It wasn't that bad. I actually like the drink. I left out the maple syrup though and your not suppose to. But it was way to sweet for me but you can agave syrup instead. I lost 14 lbs. Good Luck :)

Look into the Lemonade Diet. My fiance did it for 2 weeks and never felt better and it really detoxifies your body! Good luck!

You could try a colon cleanser but Ive heard a lot of bad things like how you take it and you cant **** for a week and how women feel like they are having a baby...you should start off small add fiber into your food its what i do it always works.
