boobs go first with any diet. Maybe get a boob job.

If you lose weight, you will lose some of your boobage! Sorry! But here are some weight loss tips!

Well first you need to cut back your calories - aim for 1200 to 1500 calories per day... DO NOT go below 1200 calories, your body will go into starvation mode and you wont lose any weight.

Then you need to develop an exercise routine that includes BOTH cardio and strength training. For cardio you should aim for at LEAST 30 mintues 3 times per week.
For Strength you should try 3 days per week also, and alternate between Upper body (arms), Lower body (legs) and core (abs/back) strength training. You can do all three each time you do strength training, or focus on ONE group each day.
But remember you should always have a day of rest in between strength training, and YES you can do strength training the same days you do cardio, in fact you should do strength first, and then your cardio so you get the maximum calorie burn from your workout!

Who cares about your boobs? Trust me, if you are worried about how big your boobs are because you worry about what guys think, then you are way off. And if you get involved with a guy that actually does care how big your boobs are, then you are wasting your time anyways. Just take care of yourself and be healthy. Besides, everyone ends up wrinkled, saggy, and ugly when they get old anyways, so who cares. I'm not saying let yourself go, but I am saying that physical appearances are NOT everything, and we should all be most concerned with bettering ourselves in other ways (attitude, kindness, etc.). Don't worry about your boobs because they aren't that big of a deal to the guys that really matter.

Oh, and by the way, there is no way that I would ever even consider a girl that had a boob job. Ever.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

you can't target weight loss, it comes off overall-i lost the fat areas around my breasts, but gained actual bust- nice turn out, so don't worry.
The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. Do not skip food. Your body will revert to be able to starvation mode and store even the tiniest amount of fat content in whatever you subsequently eat, causing you to slow down your metabolism and put upon weight.

Sit on a yoga ball instead of a chair to work your core.

Work your lower body and leave your torso alone. Don't do push ups or sit ups. Try leg lifts and lunges. They'll work your legs and buttocks really well.
