Josh R- How is that a question with no answer? If you do not believe that there is one then you say "no", if you do you say "yes", if you're not sure if you do or don't then you say "I'm not sure." I'm sorry, I just don't understand your logic there.

The life of the soul is the spirit of God, it can not dwell long in imperfections of sin people are born in Ecc.3:19-21; 17:7; James 2:26; The resurrected do not have this problem of being born in the imperfections of sin, that is when
the resurrection comes 1Cor.15:22-28; the 2nd coming of Jesus.
Old resurrections Eze.37:12-14;
All Isa.26:19; Psm.104:29,30; John 5:26-29; Then there will be the one that's wrong.

I believe that EVERY LIVING THING has a 'spirit/soul' ... and that it would be wrong to think that ONLY humans have a spirit/soul. Yes, I eat meat and also vegetables and fish and fruit. I know I am going to go to Heaven when I die (I think all of us will go to Heaven in the end ... just some must do some time in Purgatory/Hell).
Why? Because I believe in God and have had experiences that one could call 'miraculous' ... and yes, some have been 'silent communication' with plants and animals and even fish.

Yes I do believe that humans have a soul or spirit.How do I know this for sure, I have felt my Dad's spirit and my Mom's spirit in my house after they passed on.
I have also sensed other spirits, these were ususally in historical places Some are very peaceful and others are not so peaceful!
I think it has to do with what you believe. I am a true believer!!!

Yes, I believe that the soul or spirit exists. I believe it is our soul that is also identified as our conscious. Through the soul we mere humans process good and bad behaviors, thoughts and actions. In the book of Genesis in the Bible, talking about when God made man, it says that He gave Adam the breath of life. That is your soul.

i think everyone has a soul.but some people have less of a soul than others.to me,the conscience operates from the soul.people can go around living rotten lives and feeling no guilt over it.if their conscience isn't affected,then i believe they lose little bits and pieces of their soul as a result.someone who has a deep,sensitive soul,is more aware of their actions,and how their actions affect other people.the person who can lie,steal,kill,etc,and feel no gulit or remorse,i believe that person has lost a big part of their soul already.the only way to get that back,is to stop doing those things,and live an honest life.to commit evil,and hurt other people,and not feel bad about it,is to be a person who's given away a part of their soul.that part of their soul belongs to the evil deed they've committed themselves to doing.lying,stealing,hurting other people,whatever.

If you believe in the spiritual, you must believe, that we have a part of us connected to it: that part is the human spirit or soul. Also, when one dig down real deep, to come up with what one needs in an emergency, that is where we go. One needs to meditate/prayer, do mind-body exercises and eat healthy, to sharpen our spiritual senses, that can easily get dulled, in our overindulging world we live in. If you do that, you will more easily sense, that you have a soul.

Yes, you have a soul that grows throughout life and is led by the spirit within you. Your soul and spirit survive mortal death. This is something that I've known deep inside all my life. Wish I could back it up with pictures for you...LOL

I believe there is a soul. Some are evil some are not. What is in the depths our hearts, in the mind's heart is the soul. It is our concience and our values, our willingness to love and help others. Our bodies are the temples of our souls, it is not a tangible entity. It does exist for me and many who believe in the Lord.

I believe we have souls and spirits, but I'm not sure how to define the difference between the two.
