What the mess? No, that just means you either just "lyke" each other, or else you don't have the guts to stand up and say no to "stupid" dare games. I reserve the word love for the commitment between two people who are willing to be open and honest and share the rest of their lives together, God willing. Otherwise, you've got passion, infatuation, lust, etc, etc, etc.
I'm sure someone's going to shoot me down, saying that love is the feeling of butterflies in the stomach, but that's my opinion and I'm sticking with it.
Besides, making out ten times over two years isn't all that much. There is more to love than kissing, believe me.

no you're not in love........it just means you have made out 10 times and really 10x in two years isn't that much; however, you really shouldn't just be making out with people to make out. If he said he likes you.......then maybe you should see if you could move past make out partners and maybe try a date or two

Thats sweet, but love is much more than kissing.

Simply put-NO. When most guys have sex with a girl/woman it is simply for the pleasure of the moment. In my opinion when girl/women have sex with someone they do so whole heatedly. That is why most of us suffer heartbreak so easy and so long. Many of us have not mastered the technique of being able to sleep with someone without emotional attachment. This is why we should save this very special moment for that very special someone.
