No, we do it because we can think for ourselves.
"Because if there wouldn't be a God there wouldn't be objective morals."
Bzzzt! Wrong, again. Moral codes are independent of mythical sky daddies.

Nope. In fact the holy book you believe in wasn't the first book to talk about peace love and happiness and living a good moral life. You just choose to believe that. Jesus said a lot of good things all of them had been said before.
When a baby cries in the hospital the other babies will start to cry too- out of empathy. They automatically feel the other babies distress. The same thing goes for laughter, When you laugh a baby will laugh with you. It's innate.
Being good and providing for our families is necessary for the continuation of our species and vital for our survival. We didn't get that from some book written by men. Its written in our DNA.

No actually Atheist are more ethical and moral than any religious group. 75% of the U.S. population is Christian and 75% of the inmates in prision idenitify as Christian.
Atheists or secularists are about 30 million strong in america - which translates to about 10-12%. Strangley enough they account for approximately only 1% of the prison population.
Atheists have higher education levels, lower crime rates and have the lowest divorce rate of any "group". Wanna know who has the highest divorce rate? Baptists. Not that Atheists think there's anything wrong with that mind you....

No, indeed I've seen people who don't believe in God or don't know, living more selfless, caring lives than many Christians!
The only way your statement would be true is if your definition of morality was to not deny the existence of God.
Most people have a wider definition.

No I don't believe that is true. Some people have not had their hearts and eyes opened but that doesn't mean they are immoral. And remember all you Christians out there. Except by the Grace of God it could be you. So no matter what snide remarks are made by others you should be answering in a Christian way. I am a Christian. I have compassion. I have not reached this point in my life because of what I have done. It is God's Grace.

Everyone lives immoral lives, because no-one is perfect. Therefore it is true that people who deny the existence of God are living immoral lives. But also even the most devout who are sincerely following God have imperfections and sin, so they are also living immoral lives. Try not to be so judgemental - try to be more compassionate instead!

Aesity means self-existence. Aesity explains the metaphysical nature of God as a purely self-existent being that exists in complete actuality. God is not a being that is created by another god; neither does God create himself into existence. Rather, God has always existed as an unchanging, completely actualized being.
God has his Being of himself and to himself such that he is Absolute being and the definition of existence.
Since God’s essence is his nature and God’s existence is the same as his essence it follows that God is existence.

What do you define as immoral?
I fail to see how believeing in god makes one moral in any case. Just look at the world. 90%+ god believers and we live in a hell-hole.
"Because if there wouldn't be a God there wouldn't be objective morals."
No. There are universal morals, and they are NOT defined by god. They are an innate aspect of human behavior as a social creature.
This question is very offensive. I am guesing that you are well aware of this, which would indicate you posted it to insult others. This proves that you are a rude and hateful person, which also proves that your beliefs do nothing to make you a better person, and therefore invalidates your own assanine question.

No, not in the least. Most of us that "deny the existence of god" do so because there is no evidence of any god.
My moral system may not be based on a mythology but it is a perfectly fine moral system, and it makes sense to me.
