I especially like this one:
Hosea 13:16 (King James) Samaria will bear her guilt because she has rebelled against her God.
They will fall by the sword; their little ones will be dashed to pieces, and their pregnant women ripped open.
God is commanding his people to do this. Sure sounds like a good god to me.

Yep, in that history book the world was pretty awful due to the choices people made but luckily, Christ came to try to teach people a peaceful loving way to live and many followed. He needs to come back and try again because even the most peaceful civilizations are beginning to fall apart.

And life. And Christ. And God. And Spirit. And the church. And the New Jerusalen. And Love. And light. And the truth. In other words, I do not pay attention to that. Those things are there for us to see. But the main point is God's economy.

I choose to concentrate on the Love, Beauty, Hope, and Joy in The Bible.
There is some cruelty going on in Yahoo R & S...prejudice, bigotry, and closed-mindedness.
Some attack others who believe differently than they do.
They mock and show disrespect.
It is very sad.

...bigotry, dead languages, immoral heroes, hate towards fellow man, rolling paper, inconsistencies, sexual misdemeanors, and also portrays an "all loving god" condemning most if not all of what it imposes as "seven deadly sins".
