My hair is brown, kinda curly, thick, and to my elbows. I need something done to it! anyone have a haircut style in mind? maybe a color idea.

Maybe get it cut to shoulder length (dramatic change, I know.) layer it (then it'll go thinner and easier to brush and manage) and maybe a cute little side fringe?
That's what I'm getting lol but my hair is blonde.
