Islam is not a new religion nor a off shoot from Judaism and Christianity. Islam is a continuation of those religion. They came with only part of the message for that specific nation (israelites). Islam came rather a whole message and for the entire mankind and not just one nation. There are many opinions out there about Islam, sadly most of them (that get heard) are the ignorant ones, based on lies, false information, and sheer bias hatred.
It is not a religion of terror nor one that thinks of women as property (like the bible does and up until 20th century, priests said women doesn't have a soul). As the saying goes, Judge a religion by it's scriptures, not its followers. So read about it first then ask yourself the above question, make an informed decision or have an educated idea.

The one positive thing about Islam is the belief in one G-d, which is much more than I can say for Xianity....
The rest was obviously made up by an egotistical Muhammad who wanted to be the next Jewish prophet or messiah...

It has its ups and downs like any other religion. And being the youngest of the Abrahamic religions (Islam is an offshoot of Judaism and Christianity) it still has more problems with fundamentalism, and probably needs a reformation.
Other than that, Islam is just another religion based on faith in the Abrahamic God and the Abrahamic holy texts - the koran, bible, and torah...

A religon that came after Christ & one who rejected Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God. Plus rejection the Cross & Resurrection.
Islam is an antichrist religion & is setting itself up to be the beast & false prophet in Revelation. (With their end time teaching. The Mahdi, etc...).

Any religion that approves of the killing of people like they do, beheading, burning, slitting throats, can't be to cool.
