Agnostic is usually defined as someone who believes in a higher power, but does not put a name to it, nor any set of rituals/dogma.

It depends on what you mean. If all you believe is, "God exists," with no other beliefs, the most basic term is "theist."

powerless, helpless and incomplete.
believes in a god or the God? if you don't belong to christs body (His church) you are powerless, helpless and imcomplete...if that is not true to you then does this scripture apply to you as well? 1 Corintians 2:12-16 "We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us. This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment: "For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ.. so thanks for the thumbs down votes because it only shows God's word to be right. and anyway can you be part of a body you are not attached to? would your finger survive apart from you body? think on that one :^) and anyway if you truly believed in God, wouldn't you then seek to obey him? and who does He say to obey? His own Son of course. who said himself, "apart from me you can do nothing." sorry you don't agree, but never the less it IS the TRUTH.
