No give her the ring back til your wedding day. She can have it enscribed with something cute on the inside if she wants but she needs to hold on to it til the wedding day. Just like you hold on her to wedding ring til your wedding day.

Usually, the wedding rings are given at the wedding ceremony. You should keep her wedding ring and she should keep yours until the wedding. If you're feeling left out because she has an engagmenet ring and you don't, then ask her to get you an engagement ring. It's not common in most cultures for the man to have an engagement ring, but no one says you can't be a trailblazer.

I bought my fiance an engagement ring to wear (he's a guy). It's just a titanium band with a pressure set saphire (his favorite stone). So really it depends on if it's more of an engagement thing or the actuall band. There is no law saying you can't wear it until the ceremony and then have her present it as the wedding band. I highly doubt it will curse your lives together!

the wedding bands need to be kept safe until the wedding. Once I got my engagement ring, after my mom started speaking to me again (it wasn't really that bad! I knew they'd be upset - I'm the 'baby girl') I had them hold onto the rings until the big day. Knew I'd lose them!

The engagement ring symbolizes that you are engaged. Since she is engaged, she wears the engagement ring.
The wedding rings symbolize being wed. You exchange wedding rings at your wedding and then you wear them.
However, it's your relationship. Do what makes the two of you most comfortable.

you shouldn't keep the wedding ring. she will put it on your hand at the ceremony. she can take the time in btwn to make sure it is properly sized and to engrave a msg or your wedding date inside the band.

You don't get it until your Wedding day. :) Men don't usually wear a marriage ring until they're indeed married.
