In general, and in moderation, yes.
Baby carrots make great treats
Frozen Brussel sprouts are also very popular in my house
Green beans in place of one meal a day can help lower a dog's weight. Lots of fiber and fills them up so they're not hungry.
Canned pumpkin can be used if a dog has diarrhea. A tablespoon will help "plug up" the dog. Too much will give a dog diarrhea, though.
Some fruits are good too. My guys get dried banana chips or dried cranberries instead of a dog biscuit.
Some fruits, like raisins and grapes, can be dangerous, though.

Yes. Absolutely! Just do not feed them onions, becasue that can cause anemia in dogs. My Pomeranian eats carrots, beans, cucumbers, etc. If she is used to them, your dog should not develop any stomach upset. If a dog is not used to vegetables, stomach upset can be caused by a sudden diet change. They can be introduced gradually into the diet to avoid this.

It depends what you mean by "good for dogs".
Honestly, dogs don't get a lot of nutritional value from them unless they are pulverized previous to feeding to the dog. They get some, but not much. (In fact, if you look at a dog's excrement after feeding carrots, you can see little bits of undigested carrot it in.)
But I like to give them as low-fat alternatives to treats. (And dogs love the crunch.)

Dogs do not need veg but the cooked and pureed pumpkin in tiny amounts through the day definatley helps digestion when there is an upset tum. As long as they are cooked and or pureed then it wont do them much harm but certain veg should be avoided, such as onions.

Some vegetables are very good for dogs. My dogs get canned green beans every day. If we run out and miss a day, you'd know it becuase they're outside eating grass to get a little green. Canned pumpkin is also good.

I cut up baby carrots into little pieces and use them as training treats for my pugs. Pugs can fatten up so quickly that I like to use low fat treat alternatives like this. However, I'm not sure how "good" they are for them. Most of the time I see them come right back out in their poop, so I guess they're not absorbing much of it.

NO ONIONS!!! Depending on the quantity (it doesn't take much) and the size of the dog it can kill them in a really ugly way. This is not an old wives tale. Pets affected by onion toxicity will develop haemolytic anaemia, where the pet’s red blood cells burst while circulating in its body.

The ones that I know of that are good for dogs are peas, carrots and broccoli. I've seen them in the dog food.
