i was practically forced to eat 1/2 portion of disguisting fish and chips about 5 or 6 days ago :(

This past weekend I gave in to tempation and ate a piece of vanilla bean cheesecake from TGI Fridays. It was fantastic but I had to get up at 4:30 and work it off at the gym...back on track today (sigh)

Last night.
I stuffed myself with candy that we bought for Halloween.
It was just sitting there, looking oh so tasty, and I couldn't help myself.
