Please help i have an icon " AXTimer " ?

Good morning i hope you are all in a good helth

my question is what is AXTimer i have a small window whrite on in AXTimer and it have a part transparent !!! what is this ?? is it dangerous or good or what , i have windows vista ultimate ..

Do you have the linked program installed?

If so, un-install it if you don't need it.
