you may have ear wax building up, it could also be an ear infection, there is no way you could get an answer here, without someone looking into the ear with a scope. Get yourself to a Doctor, or an Ear specialist, and take good care of your ears. Once you have a diagnosis, be sure to ask about the care of your ears, how to clean them and what to use. Avoid loud noises especially loud music which is causing hearing loss in many of our youngsters i wish you the best , may you hear well for a very long time......

Could be excess ear wax. I have that problem a lot, and it's often worse in the mornings. There are things you can use to dissolve the wax (a few drops in each ear for a few minutes):
olive oil
hydrogen peroxide (3% solution--the brown bottle in the drug store)
dedicated ear cleaner solution (it's basically hydrogen peroxide, but 10 times more expensive)
I also have a little plastic loop thing specifically designed for scooping out ear wax. Check the ear section of your drug store.
*Do not* try to use a cotton swab/q-tip to clean out your ears. That's the best way to get the wax impacted.
You should probably go to the doctor to make sure this is what it is before you start putting drops of oil or peroxide in your ears. The doc can irrigate them (not a big deal, just squirting water) to really clean them out, then you can use the above to keep them clear.

It's wax. I had that problem before from all the crap getting in their from working in a weldshop and my ears producing more wax in defense.
Just like the first poster said, use olive oil. Worked for me. Go talk to a pharmacist. He'll tell you all about how to do it and sell you a bottle of olive oil with a dropper for cheap. If after a couple weeks it doens't work, go to the doctor get an ear flush. You won't believe what comes out!!!!

If by blocked you mean filled with wax or other fluid...it sounds like an ear infection. See your doctor, because it would be horrible for you to lose your hearing because of something that could have had an easy fix with antibiotics.

You could have food allergies. Have you tried cutting back on your use of cows milk in your diet? It could also be a wheat allergy. The easiest way to tell without going to a doctor for testing is to ask yourself what foods you crave & what foods you are eating on a DAILY basis. Keep a food journal for at least 7 days & you should spot the "culprit" food or foods. Then, eliminate the most used food item for 14 days & see if your ears start to feel better.
Another key factor is hydration. Are you drinking enough water & liquids throughout the day? It is easy to add more water before you go to sleep to avoid becoming dehydrated during the hours you are sleeping. If you live in a dry climate (or brick building), consider getting yourself a humidifier to add moisture to the air you breath in your sleeping area/bedroom.

Unless you have a medical condition, then you may have excess ear wax inside your ears. You can find over the counter solutions that will dissolve it.
good luck.
