I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Losing weight is simple math. Burn more calories than you eat. So, try to eat healthy well balanced meals, and go for walks. When eating, try to cut your portions a little from what you would normally eat. When you get hungry, chew ice or eat some celery (no calories). Losing weight is a lot of work and you need the willpower. Good Luck, Im sure you can do it!

Eat more foods with color rather than white, i.e., reduce the amount of patotoes, rice and other starchy foods. Exercise!!!! Walk, shoot basketball hoops, walk at a steady pace everyday for at least 20 minutes. Get off the couch. Reduce or eliminate fast foods from your diet. Nature and growth as you mature will take care of the rest. Develop muscle and you will loose the fat. The pound "numbers" may not change, but you will feel and look better. Keep the plan for life (eat right, exercise) and you won't have to worry about being obese when you are an adult.

Well the best advice is to avoid sugary foods and maybe start taking a walk everyday. (above what you already do) Don't do anything drastic. My daughter (Age 13 years) is anorexic because of the stupid advertisements on television telling everyone that they aren't good enough the way they are. Funny thing is when you ask a question like " think of someone you love, what do you love about them?" The whole thing about fat or physical attributes almost never comes up! Please don't become a casualty of the advertisement agenda. Learn to love yourself for who you are not for what you look like. If you want to become healthy... follow the things I told you above and it will help. Becoming healthy is much more important that loosing weight. (And no they are not always one and the same- my daughter weighs 102 and she is NOT healthy)

It is always best to check with your physician before you start any kind of weight loss program. But if I were you, I'd start by drinking more water, limiting the amounts of sweets and other carbohydrates. Lots of salad and veggies. If you like ice cream - substitute sherbet instead. It will take time. It took time to pack it on - and it will take some time to get it off. Don't be discouraged. One day at a time......good luck.

put yourself on a specific diet, eating habits can really affect this. make sure you eat and then exercise, and run, it outs your body in the state to burn all fat and calories. the true diet is to eat 6 times a day, all small portions, that will keep your meatbolism running, or chew gum, that sends messages to your stomach to work cuz it thinks your eating. go take some spinning classes, you know, bike... or ride the bile lot and run
just dont eat things loaded woth trans fat like ffrench fries. have a food pyramid woth you so yo know your portions and eat al least 5 times a day in small healthy portions. of every kind of food, not just salad. try to lay off meats, that is very heavy and pastas will just add on weight.

I'm going to revert to the old, reliable saw: Diet & Excercise. Check with your physician first, then consult a dietician about a suitable diet for your age and build. If you have access to a gym, lifting weights may work for you. Good luck.

If you do not want to spend a lot, try jogging around your neighborhood or a park first. If you've developed stamina, go mountain climbing. It will help you lose weight, get fit, and appreciate nature.
