they are mainly on my back and side of my body. some on my chest. they are very small close to each other and light red very itchy. at night worse and creams don't work out

It can be chicken pox, a rash, or ezcema. Either way DNT SCRATCH i kno how hard its hard but all it will do is make it worse. go to a doctor just to be sure of what it is.. good luck and dnt scratch

Does it get worse at night? Does it not respond to hydrocortisone cream? If so, you may have scabies and the only way to get rid of it is with a prescription from a doctor.

You may have hives. Are they kind of big and just in one area and tend to spread the more worried you get about it? If so it may be hives. Go to WebMD and check out what everyone has suggested. Good luck then get yourself in to the doctor!

eczema is the thing that came to my mind first, Ask a doctor to make sure what ever if could be, my daughter has eczema and we keep it under control by moisturizing her skin with a lotion from the doctor, and I wash her clothing and sheets with a detergent with out perfumes and coloring.
