GOd searches and knows the inner workings of a man.. be he a suiside bomber or a minister. We can only speak what is already spoken from God in the WOrd of God. I find your question interesting :)
You ask us to speak for God then tell us we cannot speak for God:)

The authority to speak for God comes from the Bible and the truths that are written in it. Jesus told us to go into the world and proclaim the way of salvation. In essence Jesus is telling us to speak for Him. We're to use His words, teachings, accomplishments as written in the Bible, to do so. Suicide bomber--I doubt he/she is forgiven Look at the first word "suicide" For a person to take his/her own life is sin. If a person is killed in self defense or is killed in an effort to save others it is not considered suicide. War, true act of war, is not considered suicide. Willing killing innocent people, people that of themselves, posed little or no threat to the bomber would also be sin. What kind of god would get pleasure and honor out of the death of innocent people, people of His own creating? No God that I worship asks such a thing. For a person to kill him/herself takes life and death out of Gods hands and puts it in their own hands. Plus-a suicide bomber not only takes his/her own life, but the lives of others with him/her. They have no right to do so.

You just answered your question. No, I can't say if he forgives those kind of people because No, I don't have the authority to speak for God.

Yes. God will forgive a suicide bomber if he repents from his sin and believes in Jesus the Christ.
Scripture 2 Timothy 3:16
"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for corrections, for instruction in righteousness."
King David lusted after a man's wife, Bathsheba, and David killed her husband by sending him into battle and putting him on the frontlines to be killed. If God can forgive King David, God will forgive you.

Suicide bomber forgiven? Hmmm...He'd have to ask for forgiveness, himself...and seeing how he's dead, I'd say NO.
However, God is sovereign and can do anything He pleases.
Hope that helps!

1) The only way it would happen is if the suicide bomber had a last-minute change of heart and turned to Christ BEFORE he died.
2) No. God speaks for himself in the Bible, and I quote him. :)

We have a very loving, merciful God and He forgives us for everything as long as you're sincere in your heart when asking. So suicide? Well, you can't ask for forgiveness when you're dead, so I'd have to say no.

If you read the Bible, you will see that the 27 Gods named in it are jealous, vindictive, cruel and irrational. If I believed in them as gods, I would probably say 'yes'.
