Its basically an allergy to the cold i guess. In winter i get bad circulation in my hands, and I've seen a few doctors all with the same generic "sux 2 b u" response. Anyone have any good remedies or a wonder cure or anything? My cold cold hands thank you :)

Try taking Evening Primrose Oil and then always protect your hands and feet from the cold. Thermal gloves and 100% Cotton socks! I had several years of this and after taking the evening primrose oil, it vanished. However I always wear thermal gloves as soon as winter arrived, even now because I do NOT want it back!

i've been using folic acid and L-arginine supplements that seem to help a little. serrapeptase looks promising, ask a doctor before using. don't use stimulants like caffeine or nicotine, they slow blood's ability to get the good stuff out to the tissues. my raynaud's is secondary to buerger's.
