I have recently learned that spells and rituals are being cast upon me by disgruntled ex's. I have delved with Wicca but not much, is there a ritual, or cleansing that I can do to help rid myself of this?

Having delved in Wicca, I will assume that you have the know-how to create a sacred space (calling a circle). There are a few things that would be nice to have, but not necessary. These might include, but are not limited to an athame, black salt, candles (i use a large pachouli work candle, a red, blue, yellow, and green elemental candles), a small cup of water, any of various protection herbs, sandalwood and white sage being among the most popular, and a quiet place to set up.
With this, set the altar accordingly. Burn the incense, invisioning the spells being lifted off of your physical body.
There is another method, but it can be somewhat more difficult as well as several methods of reversing incantations which i would not recommend if this is someone you were ever emotionally tied to. The subconscious will do nasty things if youre not careful.
A good place to look for more information would be a book called Wicca: the Complete Craft by D.J. Conway, or my favorite is Grimore for the Green Witch by Ann Moura.

Yes. There are a variety of things that one can do.
One is a protective 'bubble' of white light for protection from the negative energy being sent your way.
Mirror it back to the individual who is sending it.
If you are able to, you can transmute the negative energy being sent you into positive energy and use it. But since you said you just delved into it a bit this isn't something you will probably want to try.
Aquamarine is a good shielding stone that also transmutes negative energy into positive. So carrying one of these or creating an aquamarine 'bubble' will also do the same thing.

What century are you living in? How can you possibly believe that spells and rituals are going to affect your life? If this is what your ex's get up to, it's just as well they are ex's! They are sad people who need to get a life. Just ignore the whole thing. It's all bollocks.

the best thing you can do to prevent psychic attack is to form the triangle of manifestation around your 3rd eye and get a sense of which direction the energy is coming from and project the triangle outward. also lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram is helpful for this sort fo thing...but honestly i'd relax, their energy can only give you as much harm as you let it. if your exes were true practitioners they'd know that sending negative energy your way is only going to harm them in the long run so they must not be very mature or adept at magick if they are wasting time and energy "hexing" you

MULTIPLE ex's are casting spells on you? Seriously, what are the chances of that? Cursing is pretty rare. The threat of a curse is generally way more effective than an actual one. I would suggest ignoring whatever gossip has led you to this conclusion.

Well, you could cast your own spell against those who cast spells against you. I would suggest starting with something easily recognizable, such as making their heads spin around 360 degrees or causing orange stripes to appear on their skin. When you see how effective that is you will see how much "power" others have over you when they cast spells.

This is what happens when you mess with the occult and witchcraft. So many people don't know what they are getting into. I can't believe you are asking if anyone has any good witchcraft to get rid of the evil forces. Hello! they are BOTH Evil Forces! You need to get out of it all together before you get yourself in too deep!
Turn to Jesus. Repent of this and all the rest of your sins, and accept Him into your heart. You will be Born again, and will not want to mess with this stuff anymore. The only one who can help you is Jesus! I pray you do this now.

Do not give credence to spells and rituals. You empower others when you erroneously believe they have power over you.
The one thing that you can do to ease your mind is imagine that you are encircled by light which nothing can penetrate. Jesus is the source of this light and he offers his protection to those who believe.

There is no such thing as God, spells, magic, etc. They are all made up by humans and therefore can not hurt you. Do not worry about anything like that, the only time something like that can hurt you is if you let your mind think that is can.
