Most foods have some potassium in them. Here are a few good sources: broccolli, carrots, strawberries, potatoes, wheat bran, dates, tomato's, spinach, walnuts, brazilnuts, and many others. Zucchini has more then bananas per cup. Most fruits and vegetables in general are high in potassium.
