okay, so i JUST found out about a competition, in 3 WEEKS from now, which is REALLY short notice...! i am 115 pounds and to enter i need to be 103! so i need to lose 12 pounds in 3 weeks! i need to know specific eating habits and specific exercise (i do not care if its not healthy to lose that much that fast) this is really important to me! so please help! no critisizm please!! thank you guys! i will pick best answer tomorrow! thanks
