Meet this standard?
Isa. 64: 6 - It is not easy to pursue righteousness. This is because all of us are imperfect and our natural tendency is toward unrighteousness. We are surrounded by people who care little about Jehovah’s righteous ways. Our circumstances are very much like those of Lot, who lived in the notoriously wicked city of Sodom. If we do manage to follow this standard, it is only for a short period of time.
Jer. 17:9 - Sometimes, a certain course might seem practical from a secular point of view. Still, a sincere Christian looks to Jehovah for guidance. (Psalm 48:14)
Romans 3:10-18 - For our own good—and for the peace and security of the entire human family—we urgently need a law or standard that is just and right, one that all people are willing to accept and obey. Obviously, no law or standard proposed by any human, no matter how intelligent or sincere, can meet that need. (Jer. 10:23) As sinful humans we cannot fully tame the tongue. Nevertheless, we should avoid making abusive, cutting, or slanderous remarks. An unruly tongue can be a dangerous instrument filled with deadly poison.
Col. 1:21 - All of us have been born into a world alienated from God. Because of sin inherited from the first human couple, we were born at enmity with God, lacking accurate knowledge of his purposes. We have also come to have a treacherous heart. To gain God’s friendship, we must learn to pattern our thinking after God’s ways. Doing so is far from easy.
Many in the world are meeting this standard and many other standards.

All these verses deal with humans in our naturally depraved state. Our works in the flesh are worthless to God (Is.64:6), the heart of a natural human is deceitful and cannot be trusted (Jer. 17:9), there is no good in us, we do not seek God on our own (Rom.3:10-18) and we were hostile and estranged from God (Col. 1:21).

Yes it is pointing out no one can meet those standards. It is pointing to the only way we can become pure no matter how good we are is to except Christ into our lives so his blood can wash away our inequity. No clean or impure thing can reside before God. Even if we have repented of the sins we committed in full, we are still stained by that sin and need to be washed and pronounced clean before God. That is where Jesus comes into the picture at.

The standard that I think you may be refering to is, no one is good no one does right.
Yes I do believe someone can meet that standard. In fact we all have met that standard. All of us our wicked and evil, haters of God, until a new birth has begun.
Try listening to this sermon message were this missionary shows that none are good and all have fallen short.
