could be several different things...spider bites, impetigo, etc. you need to take him to the dr. as soon as possible to make sure it isn't mrsa staph infection especially since they are hard, red, itchy and have pus those are definite signs to look for in it. hope everything turns out ok

Does he get them overnight? That is, does he wake up in the morning with new ones? It sounds like he is getting bitten by something while he sleeps. Where I live there are house centipedes that do this, but it might be spiders or another type of bug. How old is he? You should probably have a doctor take a look at them so you will know what you are dealing with.

bite marks, from what? perhaps it is chicken pox too, especially if he has a fever. whatever, if they open up and drain they must be kept covered to prevent secondary infection. If he develops a fever, you may want to consult a doctor, but call first, they don't much appreciate you bringing an infectious child into their lobby.

Sounds like spider bites. Put some anti-itch cream on it and as long as he's not severely allergic I think he'll be ok.

I would be extremely concerned and take him to a dr. immediately, especially with the recent outbreak of untreatable staph infections.

Chicken pox, even if he was vaccinated, he can still have chicken pox. Don't let him scratch and pull him from school, notify the doctor. Blot with calamine lotion
