My ex wife is really good at hiding stuff online how do i find out or track her for free any downloads or sites

If she is your EX-wife, why should it concern you what she does online? It sounds like stalking at that point.

If she is ur ex wife then why do u need to track her goings on? If ur dovorced but still together try installing something like "A am big Brother" or something similar, providing u 2 r together and sharing use of the same computer.

open her internet and go to tools, then go on temporary internet files and a list of cookies should appear listing all the websites she has been on, hope u catch her!!!
