i think this question is meant to be sarcastic,it sounds to me like your saying the only way Jesus could have been conceived by the Holy spirit is by Catholics deluding them selves into believing that certain Humans are not actually human at all
if i`m wrong and the question has come across this way because English is not your 1st language i`m sorry
No i don`t think Catholics believe the Pope is the Holy Spirit however i think that they put him up on some pedestal and worship him as if he is .which is not far from idolatry
Person ally i don`t believe either THE Pope or Jesus are Gods ,both were/are flesh and blood like the rest of us mortals on this sorry planet

No, we believe that the Holy Spirit is the Holy Spirit. The pope is a man elected to that position by conclave.
And somebody above lied when they said we believe the pope is Jesus. We don't believe that at all.
Really, people, FACTS are very good things. One should not be afraid to find out the FACTS.

I am not sure about your logic, but the Pope is definitely not the Holy Spirit, nor is he infallible as Rome propagates when he speaks "from the chair," as he did when he said non-Catholics are damned and Mary was bodily assumed into Heaven, both of which the Holy Spirit in Scripture refutes.
Sadly, like so -called "Jehovah's Witnesses," Catholics trust their own works and an organization over God's word, which will be to their eternal horror unless they repent and trust the Divine Son of God, Jesus Christ, and His sinless blood for their salvation.

Catholics are not saved and are not Christians. Catholics believe a false gospel of works that leads to eternal hell.

No.
The Holy Spirit strenghthens and guides the Pope and all Christians but the Pope is not the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Holy Trinity.
John 21:15-17 states:
When they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?" He said to him, "Yes, Lord, you know that I love you." He said to him, "Feed my lambs."
He then said to him a second time, "Simon, son of John, do you love me?" He said to him, "Yes, Lord, you know that I love you." He said to him, "Tend my sheep."
He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of John, do you love me?" Peter was distressed that he had said to him a third time, "Do you love me?" and he said to him, "Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you." (Jesus) said to him, "Feed my sheep.
Matthew 16:17-19 states:
Jesus said to him in reply, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah. For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my heavenly Father. And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven."
The Catholic Church believes the Lord made Simon alone, whom he named Peter, the "rock" of his Church. He gave him the keys of his Church and instituted him shepherd of the whole flock.
The Pope is the senior pastor of 1.1 billion Catholics, the direct successor of Simon Peter.
The Pope’s main roles include teaching, sanctifying, and governing.

The Pope is considered to be the representative of Jesus on earth, selected by God through the power of prayer.
He is considered to be the holiest person on earth, almost on par with the earthly Jesus.
To each his own, I say.

The Catholics have a Pope. Protestants laugh at them, and yet the Pope is capable of intellectual advancement. In addition to this, the Pope is mortal, and the church cannot be afflicted with the same idiot forever. The Protestants have a book for their Pope. The book cannot advance. Year after year, and century after century, the book remains as ignorant as ever. --Robert Ingersoll
