hi, i already know quite a lot on the subject of sports nutrition such as how much food etc, i just want to know how long should it take before i get more defined and toned, i have a naturally large frame anyway, but how many weeks am i looking at to see good results and training 3days a week for 45min, and eating plenty of protein mainly how much muscle gain am i looking to get in inches say in a month
