This is what I run to: "Never Never" by Brick & Lace, "Perfect Day" by Hoku, "Solider" & "Different Now" by Out of Eden, and various songs by Cross Movement, Grits, Superchic(k), Toby Mac, & Disciple. I got some great cds from FCAgear.com, called Pump'd and Pump'd 2. Also the cd "Drew's Famous Sport Jams" by the Hit Crew is very good.
You can also by "sport mixes" from nikeplus.com and iTunes!
This is also a playlist I found in Shape magazine:
- "Everybody Got Their Something" by Nikka Costa
- "Every Little Thing She Does is Magic" by The Police
- "Get on Top" by Red Hot Chili Peppers
- "Fighting" by Yellowcard (I liked this one)
- "Talk to Ya Later" by The Tubes
- "I'm Ready" Jack's Mannequin (and I like this one)
- "Are You In" Incubus
- "Friday I'm In Love" The Cure

Hard to make suggestions when you don't mention what type of music you like.....
I run to anything Linkin Park, Sum 41, Rise Against. But that wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea.

I like to run to house music. I find that the repetitiveness really helps me keep my PPM.
If I'm not listening to that, then I like the top 40 stuff - its catchy and normally has a decent beat.

my favorite song to run to is a poor man's memory by explosions in the sky, it always gets me pumped up. Thats the song off of Friday night lights when they start training camp.

Something upbeat so you can keep your pace, but make sure it's something you like, or else you'll get bored. Try songs you don't know that well and try to learn the words, it'll take your mind off running.

I personally run to the new, upbeat country... usually the fast moving and semi-loud stuff
