hi i went through this............just b very simle .flurt her up with simple meening full words like despite the age u still very atractive or u look in early 30s.or ask her how she ws able to stay this beutiful till now..and then say no i think u have honey in every meal u take. show her u look at her personality as a seniour grl but make her feel that u look at her face and body as u look at a teen age.....never say you real age and if she already know tell her that the old definition of the love by the greek (is the call of the spirit to another spirit )and so the greek never mention anything about age.b very kind to her and u have to know that they r very sensitive kind and extreamly firm and hard in dicision.good luck and tell me what happins latter

Act like an adult... If you're young then you have some serious work to do. Go out and get some experiences under your belt. Any woman over 40 has no interest in being friends with naive kids that have no self confidence, don't support themselves, are easily embarrassed, and can't keep up in a conversation.

What does over 40 have to do with this? Just make friends with her like you would if she was 20 or 30. Just start talking about you have in common with her or what you like and see what happens.

What first interested you in her? Strike up a conversation about that. Find out what kind of books, TV shows, movies, or music she likes that you also like. Talk to her about those.
Remember that 'over 40' does not equate to 'old.' Dating someone who is over 40 is not terribly different from dating someone in their twenties. People in their forties still like to party, go out dancing, go to rock concerts, etc.

Women over 40 are not going to be interested in men that don't have their act together. You need to be intelligent and have something of value (not monetary) to offer to their lives. You have to be prepared to enhance their existence in some way. They will not put up with games or childish behavior.

Make sure you don't make her age an issue. If you are much younger than her, then don't bring up topics that show just how much of an age difference there is. Also, don't give the MILF high 5 to your buddies behind her back, because it will make it back to her.
