Hi "me"

There are some very simple, natural ways of decreasing your appetite. The first thing is to manage your insulin levels. This means eating less refined carbs and eating more fruits and vegetables. Also, increase the finer in your diet.

This will prevent the blood sugar rebound effect where after you eat a meal, you're hungry soon after.

Another very cool trick is eating a green apple.

Green apples are known to have a chemical in the peel that reduces hunger, as well as pectin, which is a natural fiber that expands in your stomach, giving you the "full" sensation.

I've tried it with myself and several of my clients, and we all agree it's useful.

Here's what happened with one of my clients when we tried the green apple trick before he went out to a fancy restaurant- not fully believing in the power of the green apple, he ended up ordering baked clams and a plate of Chicken Parmigiana that came with a huge plate of pasta with sauce. (Not to mention the bucket of fresh bread on the table).

Results?

He ate all the clams, half of the Chicken Parmigiana plate, no pasta and no bread.

Now, here's the best part...

He was excited that he had no desire for it! Thats the key.

I wrote an article on it entitled "The Green Apple Mini- Project"- I'll put a link to it below if you'd like to read it.

If you have any other questions, feel free to email me at the site.

Have a great day.

Drink more water. Research shows that when you are dehydrated, your appetite increases. I have found that my appetite decreases when I drink plenty of water during the day (take your weight and divide by 2= how many ounces you should ingest daily).

Just have a piece of fruit. Most fruit has a high water content so it fills you up without adding a ton of empty calories. They are also full of vitamins and minerals which are great for everyone, especially those of us watching calories...good luck
